These terms apply to your use of saltlightsupplyco.com (the "Site"), operated by Salt + Light Supply Co., a sole proprietorship based in Florida. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Florida sales tax is added to orders shipped to Florida addresses, as described in our Store Policies.
- We may cancel and fully refund an order, for example because of a pricing error, an item being out of stock, or suspected fraud. We'll let you know if that happens.
- Products marked "Coming soon" can't be ordered until they're released.
Shipping, Returns, and Changes
Covered in our Store Policies. We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Product Information
We work to describe and picture our products accurately, including sizing. Colors can look slightly different on different screens.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, and content on the Site belong to Salt + Light Supply Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. This doesn't limit any rights you have under our Store Policies or by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
