Processing and Shipping

• Processing time: orders ship within 2–3 business days, plus the carrier's transit time.
• Shipping: a flat rate of $4.99 per order, anywhere in the United States.
• International shipping: not available at this time. If you're outside the US, email us and we'll see what we can do.
• You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and tracking information once your order ships.

Sales Tax

Florida sales tax is added to orders shipped to Florida addresses. It's calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown before you pay.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags.
• Wrong size? Exchanges for a different size of the same design are free.
• Defective or misprinted item? We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.
• For other returns and exchanges, the customer pays return shipping.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving the returned item.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase, before processing begins. Email us as soon as possible.
• After that, orders can't be changed, but our return policy applies once the order is delivered.
